  Our first time ever touring and booked into this superb touring site recently. From booking the site, of which the lady on reception was more than helpful, to leaving, we had nothing more than 1st class treatment. We ate in the restaurant on site, having not realised we had to book but we were offered a table even though they were fully booked that night. The meal was absolutely fantastic, good varied menu. Very friendly Staff and as was said food was a delight. The touring site itself has every thing you could want. Spotless toilets/showers. Fresh water, and large pitches. Overall we had an amazing time and can't wait to return. Well done Caister lakes to all of you.

  saw it advertised in Louth so decided to try. never again food was cold very small portion we had one serving off vegetables for 3 adults small wasn't the word. it was cold and the waitress who had dark hair up and young girl with glasses was greatly needing some good customer service. she was as miserable as anything never smiled no communicating from her at all. looked like she didn't want to be there at all. poor service all round would never visit again and wouldn't recommend to drive out. been to better cafe. not impressed at all my visit was Sunday ( yesterday 31 April
